Was walking from Maharajalela monorail station to Petaling Street when i decided to take a closer look at this temple. Had some interesting carvings/figures on its walls which i never noticed til now.

Sunrise over Sunway
This pic was taken from the 4th floor of the Sunway Medical Centre, signalling the end of my "shift" early last Saturday morning.
Nice but can't beat the sunrise views over Colchester last summer from the 11th floor (see here).

Wet market (Pt. 1)
Here's a treat for those of you who have never been to a wet market before! It was for me - after nearly 16 months of Tesco, Asda and Sainsbury!
I took me mom to the wet marlet at PJ Old Town this morning - brings back memories of me grandma taking me when i was just a wee lil kiddo!
Sure, it was dirty, smelly, crowded - but wat an atmosphere! It has so much character! And i really have to learn to be more thick-skinned and not shy about wat people think of me taking photos in public, and not afraid of being told off by the fish-monger for taking close-up pics of the prawns...
OK - enuf talk. For this part, i'll post pics of the poultry area. Thought it looked nice in sephia mode - gives it the old rustic feel!

Seafood laksa
Well, the title is self-explanatory, isn't it? You can find it in SS2, next to that place.... erm... Kayu? But to be honest, the memory of it tasted better!!!! It din seem too great this time round, the laksa wasn't spicy enuf (even wif loads of added sambal chilly) and the price at RM15 (around 2 quid) seem a lil excessive.

Eye at night
Not as impressive as the London Eye. But still, not too bad, with the lake in the foreground and the twin towers in the back. Pic too noisy for my liking, tho.

New clothes
As per chinese tradition, new clothes must be bought to be worn during the celebration of the Spring Festival (Chinese New Year). I've oredi bought mine from Parkson at Subang Parade.
I must admit that i was pretty impressed at the renovations made to Subang Parade and inside Parkson itself. Very spacious, very bright, pretty up-market, clean modern toilets. Even the changing rooms at Parkson were so spacious - check them out (wif me in me new red chinese shirt):-
